Exchange Policy

We want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

We offer exchanges, not refunds.

All purchases at Tantu Pratha are final sales. We do not issue cash refunds or store credits. However, we gladly exchange items for a different size or colour (subject to availability) if the item has a genuine defect or was incorrectly delivered.

Exchange Is Eligible When…

  • You received the wrong size or colour
  • The item has a manufacturing defect (loose seam, broken zip, fabric flaw)
  • The item arrived damaged due to shipping

How to Initiate an Exchange

Contact Us Within 48 Hours

Reach out on WhatsApp (+91 84319 75665) or email (tantupratha@gmail.com) within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Pack the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact. Include the order receipt inside the package.

Ship It Back

Ship the item to our Bangalore boutique address. We'll share the exact address on WhatsApp once your exchange is approved. Shipping charges for the return are borne by the customer.

We Process & Dispatch

Once we receive and inspect the item (typically 2–3 business days), we'll dispatch the replacement. You'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp.

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Items returned after 48 hours of delivery
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Items with damage caused by the customer
  • Dupattas and accessories (hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or clearance items
